About Jake Stikkelorum

I’m Jake, a Sydney-based business owner and Macquarie commerce student majoring in finance. I’m pursuing an automotive finance and insurance sales trainee role, building on my automotive customer service experience.

Over the past 18 months, I’ve single-handedly grown my car detailing business to serve more than 300 customers and earn over 60 five-star Google reviews. I apply my studies to its finances, marketing and operations, with a focus on customer relationships and professional service.

Outside business and study, I volunteer with Ku-ring-gai SES, where I’ve completed training in chainsaw operation, storm response and working at heights. I’m also a member of the MQ Lib Club and the MQ Automotive Society.

I actively invest in securities markets and use frontier AI models to support quantitative research and explore trading strategies.
